You hear a lot about abundance these days, but most folks are still looking for it only in one place—money. And that’s the funny thing. If you think abundance is just cash, you’re shutting the door in about 99% of the ways the universe tries to give you what you asked for. Abundance isn’t just a paycheck, a lottery ticket, or a gold nugget falling in your lap. No, friend, abundance comes in all forms, all shapes, all colors—and it’s coming all the time if you’re willing to stay open to it. One of my experiences with abundance was even more five-gallon buckets.
Synchronicity itself is a form of abundance.
You bump into the right person at just the right moment. A random thought strikes you out of nowhere and solves a problem you’ve been wrestling with for months. That’s abundance. That’s life tossing you a rope. If you’re too busy staring at the bank account, waiting for numbers to change, you might miss it entirely.
Imagination is abundance, too.
Probably, imagination is the most important function because without it, we would have never figured out fire.
Your imagination isn’t just daydreaming, it’s an antenna. It’s your direct line to ideas and solutions floating around in the soup of existence, just waiting for someone tuned in enough to grab ‘em. You imagine a new way to solve a problem? That’s abundance. You dream up a side project that could become your passion? Abundance.
Communication is abundance.
When you dare to tell people what you’re dreaming about, what you’re hoping for, what you’re passionate about, you give the world a chance to show up and say, “Hey, I can help you with that!”
You weren’t alone. You never were. But you had to speak it into existence for others to recognize they could be part of your story.
Here’s the key:
Remain open to receive.
Don’t lock yourself in some mental cage thinking you know exactly how your help, your resources, your next step must arrive. That’s not how this dance works. You have to leave all the doors open. Otherwise, when a gift tries to fly in through the window, you’ll have slammed it shut without even knowing it.
- Maybe the money shows up.
- Maybe someone will hand you a tool you need.
- Maybe someone will offer you a trade.
- Maybe you just get the right idea at the right moment, and it unlocks everything.
Altogether, it’ll add up to exactly what you need.
Not one ounce more, not one ounce less. Right on time.
But if you insist, if you dig in your heels and stomp your foot and say, “It has to come this way and no other!” you create resistance. And resistance, my friend, is the only real enemy you’ve got.
Because life’s not against you.
Life is for you. Always has been. Always will be.
But it can only deliver the goods through the doors you leave open.
Trust.
- Trust the unfolding.
- Trust the timing.
- Trust the strange paths, the sideways gifts, the crazy coincidences.
And here’s another thing:
If you start feeling fear, hesitation, or doubt, that’s not a sign to stop.
It’s just a signal that an old, crusty belief is getting flushed up to the surface for you to take a look at. Maybe it’s time to trade it in for something better. Something more in tune with who you really are.
Remember:
You’ve got one energy flowing through you at all times. Always on, always pure, always powerful. It’s only your belief system that filters it into fear, hesitation, joy, confidence, or courage. You decide the flavor.
Physical reality? It’s just an illusion. A mirror.
You’re the one projecting meaning onto everything you see.
And that’s your greatest gift:
- You get to choose.
- You get to decide what anything means to you.
- You get to assign the value.
- You get to write the story.
So write one that excites you. Write one that opens doors instead of slamming them shut. Write one that trusts that abundance is pouring toward you in a million ways right now, even if you can’t see it yet.
